1. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho: Fantasy fiction

The Alchemist comes first in the list of best fiction books and is my personal favorite from the fantasy category. I found it a very inspirational book, particularly recommend to those who want to grow financially in life.

It is a kind of fantasy and self-help book for all, and particularly a must-read book for all entrepreneurs and students.

Paulo Coelho, the author of the book has beautifully portrayed the story of a young boy named Santiago, a shepherd who wanted to travel the world.

Further in the story, he went to the town to sell his flock of sheep as per the advice of the king of Salem, Melchizedek. He then met a lady, a fortune teller who told him that he would discover a treasure at the Egyptian pyramids. Later, he decided to exercise the advice given by the king and the lady.

The core message of the story revolves around Santiago and the wisdom “When you want something to happen, the whole world conspires to make it happen for you“, he was given before he left for Egypt.

It is a great mix of fantasy and self-help and you will learn a lot of things to exercise in real-world learning from fantasy wisdom of the book.
